Scots Hotel

Located at the northern end of Tiberias, the Scots hotel is housed in a historic 19th century building which was originally a hospital. Founded by a Scottish doctor and minister, the hospital accepted patients of all races and religions, and later became a maternity home. In 1999 it was renovated and transformed into a luxury hotel. Setting a new benchmark of hospitality in Northern Israel, the Scots Hotel has 69 rooms and suites and an excellent bar and non-kosher restaurant. The hotel also offers great views of the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights.

Magdala Hotel

Set along the western shores of the Sea of Galilee, the Magdala hotel is adjacent to the ancient site of Magdala. Reputed as the hometown of Mary Magdalene, the hotel was developed by the Catholic church, and is part of their “Magdala project”.  The hotel offers specious rooms with contemporary design, each with 2 queen beds. It serves a rich non-kosher breakfast and dinner, and has a swimming pool, open May to September. Next to the hotel is a first century synagogue discovered during the construction of the hotel, and the elegant “Duc in Altum” church.

Setai Sea of Galilee

Setai Sea of Galilee is an upscale beachfront hotel, set along little developed eastern shores of the Sea of Galilee. It boasts 158 luxury villas, each with a bathtub for two, a “rainfall shower”, and some with an infinity pool or an outdoor Jacuzzi. The hotel has an elegant lounge bar restaurant and a large and modern spa and fitness center, both providing great vistas of the Sea of Galilee. Being next to the lake, it is also possible to book watersports taking off from the hotel, although swimming in this part of the lake is not supervised. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Capernaum and The Mount of Beatitudes.

Pastoral, Kfar Blum

Located in the heart of the Hula Valley, the “Pastoral” hotel is on the premises of the tranquil and green Kibbutz Kfar Blum. The hotel offers a relaxing and peaceful getaway experience, with a rich breakfast and dinner, and a fun spa for all ages. Two-storie buildings provide specious rooms and suites decorated in Tuscan style. The hotel is to the popular kayaking site along the Jordan River and is a 15 minutes’ drive from Tel Dan and Caesarea-Philippi.

The Colony Hotel, Haifa

Set in the heart of the German Colony in Haifa, the Colony hotel is part of the restored historic center of Haifa. Located in a 19^th century building, the hotel was remodeled in 2006. It offers 40 luxurious rooms and mini suites, a rooftop terrace, and a rich breakfast. Next to the hotel are various cafes and restaurants, as well as the world famous Bahai Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Colony Hotel is a great base for touring Haifa, Akko, and Rosh Hanikra.
